   vote about extra increase of contribution for extra activities
6. Proposals with respect to double players (for extensive information, see word document)
   It will be proposed that players in two teams will pay double contribution. Secondly, there are three proposals about how to deal with the phenomenon of double players:
   
   1. Complete abolishment of double players
   2. Determent policy: double contribution, eight unique players per team, maximum level difference two groups, clear "first" team.
   3. Maintenance of the current situation
   
7. Committee activities: Party Co, Tournament committee, VerSlag committee.
8. Farewell of Stefan, Erik, Cornelis and Mirte, and election of new board members
9. Any other business
10. Closing.
